for me I have one issue which is that when an article contains tag for image plugin like {gallery}path{/gallery} the images doesn't appear and instead the tag appears as it is, really want help in that issue as I have alot of article starts with this tag

Well, but this isn't a mouse-over plugin. The purpose of EasyImageCaption is to show captions below (or above) images. That's what it was made for, so I don't regard mouse-over as a missing feature.
It sounds interesting though... ;-)
