I have to say I was hesitant in buying this extension due to the poor quality reviews here on the JED. Despite those reviews I decided to give it a shot. It is simple enough to figure out how it works (couple of bugs, but able to get past them easily without any coding) and get it to do what you want. With a little bit of styling all is looking and working correctly.

One suggestion I would have to say is to start extending it.

I absolutely love this live chat platform. I have TRIED to use several other live chat software with very little success or lots of bugs that have no cure or too much technical know how to cure it. The guys here are very helpful and fast at answering questions. Thanks Guys!!!
