BNR Plus One
Neat and simple, does exactly what it promises with a minimum of fuss. Enough configuration options without going OTT. I had one issue after using the download link on the JED: my module ended up with just the +1 button (no Twitter or Facebook). Downloading from the BNR Branding website allowed me to choose a specific version, in my case Joomla 1.7. Worked perfectly after this.

Good little extension, easy to configure and very effective. Shows your tweets, and allows the user to follow from the same window. Neat - and very pretty too.
