For a very reasonable price, this extension delivered almost exactly what I wanted. I was using another extension for form creation, but it just felt so limited. With RSform, I can now include custom PHP scripts for form processing. I also love the variety and customization options available for each field type.

If there was anything I'd like to see added is a WYSIWYG editor for simple content management that appears just above the form (just like there is for the "thank you" form page). You can still customize the HTML that generates the form, but for novice users, this is a deterrent.

It does exactly what it says, and the price for it is very reasonable. Support has a very fast turn-around!
