Really handy, I'll be using it a lot. Works right out of the box. The only issue I have is that I cannot figure out how to use it more than once on the site.

In order to use it more than once, you only have to create another menu item.

Easy as, works beautifully. I just came across this and though I would give it a try. It is easy and straightforward to set up, and displays right away, lots of options to customise.

Thanks for the great piece of work. I installed it on my 1.5 site, and it works and displays very nicely right away. No need to tweak anything.

Only problem is that the captcha does not work. It works fine when I turn the fundtion off.
