I just installed this on one of my not-so-important sites to give it a whirl, and OMGoodness! It really makes the administrative side so much easier to use. It takes a bit of getting used to, but I'm so impressed. If I could give it a higher rating I would.
Pros:
Quick Add dropdown menu that allows you to quickly add new users, sections, categories, articles, extensions without having to wade through several different drop-downs.
List of the components down the side of the page for easy access.
Color themes for those tired of the white of Khepri.
Tabs instead of drop-down menus along the top.
Cons:
Takes a few minutes to figure out where everything went to.
I'm definitely adding this to all of my personal sites, and possibly my client sites.

I have rarely seen such a dedicated team of developers. Support is great, even if you are not a paid subscriber. Being able to search all forums is excellent.
The extension itself is excellent. Yes, it's buggy. What do you expect? It's not a stable version yet, but it's so close! I've been using it on production sites for months, and will not bother to try any others again. Nothing else comes close to this component, and I've tried a lot of them.
Once you wrap your mind around it, it is very easy to use for simple forms. Going into more advanced and complicated forms takes a lot more work, but it sure is worth it!

I came to Agora after using phpBB3 and a bridge. The bridge was fine, and phpBB3 was fine, but I really wanted to find something that would integrate fully with Joomla! 1.5. I tried Fireboard on a demo site, and it didn't have the things I wanted. When I found this one, I was so impressed. Not only does it give me my favorite features that phpBB3 gave me, but it gives me Joomla! integration! The fact that they are constantly working to improve it makes it a no-brainer for me. I've been using Agora 2.5.5 in a production site for a couple of months with very few glitches (most of them user errors). I'm so anxiously waiting for 3.0 that I can hardly breath!
Support is quite wonderful. Very prompt, and polite.
Great work on a wonderful extension!
