TO ALL WHO WOULD USE THIS EXTENSION -

I am contacting you sincerely though I am incredibly indignant to what has just transpired this evening.

First - I am NOT a programmer. Just a beginner. That being said I am a Joomla/RocketTheme CMS PRO. I have taken all my sites and developed them out beautifully, professionally and used many, many extensions in developing sites for myself or clients.

I installed this extension and now I am in between rage and tears. I've taken several months to build up my site and make it look FABULOUS, INCREDIBLE. NEVER had a problem - ever - and have used many extensions on my site.

After installing this evening and customizing the default graphics for online/offline status - as I refreshed the page my entire site and almost all the modules were completely out of line and in incorrect positions! And no matter how many times I have tried to get them in their correct position they simply will NOT go and many of my pages are physically out of proportions. It's as if this extension contained the worst viruses/bugs ever and they have disabled and/or completely screwed up my extensions.

An example is I have my site navigation menu loaded in the right, 'sidebar-c' position. But after installing this extension even though it shows 'sidebar-c' in the admin page of said module it would actually be in 'sidebar-a' position!!! Furthermore this extension has infected my files in a way now where if I want the site navigation to be in the 'sidebar-c' position I have to edit to choose the 'sidebar-a' position!!!

Several of my pages the content is just squeezed in to approximately the left side of half of the page then the site navigation is slammed up against it in 'sidebar-b' position (even though the 'sidebar-c' position is listed) and there is blank space where it should be in the 'sidebar-c' position! I've been trying like you can't believe to correct everything FOR 4 HOURS NOW but I can't and I am so upset right now. I've received so many accolades about the style, layout, design, graphics and modules installed and people rave but now... it's just in ruins and nothing is working correctly.

The extension creator's website is dead and does NOT respond whatsoever. I'm SO DISAPPOINTED TO THE POINT OF BEING GRIEVED DEEPLY. I've worked my heart out on my consulting site and after all I've done it is now apparently irretrievably damaged and now if potential clients come to my site they'll take one look and just leave.
