After looking for hours at all the options I finally picked AMBRA for my paid subscriptions. I must admit I was very disappointed at first. The instructions were limited in detail and I had to wait until tech support was available to help the next morning. It took several hours of tech support working with me to get it all worked out (turns out you can not run AMBRA code in articles that are using page breaks. In the nice people at AMBRA helped fix the problems and it is up and running now. I would like to see coupons added, but overall it is a good component and does what it says.
Just installed on 1.5.3 and other then a small fix I had to find in a forum, works flawlessly! It is by far the most simple and straight forward component for adding forms to your site, and I have tried all the free options available!
Quick hint: When you install, check your database and change the two tables named CKFIELDS and CKFORMS to lower case letters or else you get an error when you try to save your forms.

I purchased another guy's because someone told me this didn't work with CB.
Well, not satisfied with the one I paid for, I have been doing my own research. I found you being promoted on the joomoplis site and decided to try it. I am blown away by how much more SIMPLE and effective your software is compared to the one I had to pay for. So frustrating, but a great lesson, to try everything first in the future.
Even a newbe can figure this one out!
