After I imported 30000+ faq items and 50+ categories from previous website, it becomes impossible to work with FAQ items list in backend. Each page refresh takes about 5-10 seconds(With high MySQL CPU load).
I performed source code review and was unpleasantly surprised with REALLY BAD QUALITY of SQL queries.

Resume: If you are going to create FAQ with huge amount of items - do not consider this component as possible solution.
