The highest price I've paid so far for a Joomla extension, but it is well worth it. The product does MUCH more than I needed and expected. Actually, I found it rather intimidating at first, due to my rather rudimentary knowledge of website building. But after playing around with it for a few days, I was simply amazed at what I could do with it, and with what simplity. The integration with social media is formidable. My website looks even better now, and with an improved social media advantage.

SUPPORT
=======
To top it off, their support is absolutely first class. I ran into several problems (my outstanding ignorance again!), and they were truly marvelous: fast and efficient. They even offered to access my site from the control panel to solve one of my problems.

I'd love to give them a six-star rating, but sadly the maximum here is only five!

Don't I love it when software is installed and works first time. And it does what it says. Just what I was looking for. A nice piece of useful software. Congrats to the development team. Also my gratitude.

After encountering the widespread "mysterious toolbar disappearance" of tinyMCE in Joomla (and the lack of any solid solution), I gave up and tried out several other WYSIWYG plug-in editors. Some are too messy, or too basic, and others don't even comply with the WYSIWYG concept... That's until I discovered this wonderful piece of software. Just install it and use it. Plug-and-play software. Congrats to the development team.
I'll certainly donate to one of their recommended charities.

Very complete PayPal interface. Looks complex at first, but easily mastered.
I required support which I received in a few hours HOURS. Problem was solved by a new version!!

I downloaded aiContactSafe only last night. Installation and configuration went fine. BUT, I found that my first test form did not show up. I placed a request for support, and I received a reply in just a few hours, pinpointing the possible cause of the problem (interference from an optimizer module). A couple of minutes later, my first form was up and running.

Many businesses could learn from this kind of top level service.
