I purchased this extension for a client of mine and it doesn't want to install correctly and I'm sick of fixing everyone else's code. (seems to be a running theme for Joomla extension developers). Also, their documentation link that comes with the app is broken.

I especially love how the support forum's answers are "read the rules," laughable. Get a clue and look at how some other extension developers use their forums. I've seen better responses on forums at crappy half baked extensions. One forum post I saw the user was told to read the rules. They reposted their information "according to the rules" and then the post died. If you privately answered this person's question you may want to consider posting the answer on the forum for other users... just a crazy thought I know.
