I tried some other components but this one "Tags for Joomla" is very easy to install & use.
The result is also perfect.
Related tags feature, automaticly adding the tags to content feature.... I like them very much. I strongly advice it to everybody.

Tag Clouds is also very important for SEO of your web site.
