The FLASH Object is created by a 3rd-party.
But the main problem is that the created TAGs have 'spelling errors'
Like -
SYSTEM->SYSTEMK
AMD and ANNOUNCE -> AMDNOUNCE
VALVE -> VALVED
AUCTION -> AUCTIOND
(both in J1.0.x and J1.x platform)
I WILL change my review when new version with fix comes out.
and this BUG yet not fixed even after 2 weeks !!

I'll be looking into the cause of this. I've been out working on a contract for two weeks! Sorry the support doesn't meet your standards.
BUT, the User-List, User Profile Page (which are visual parts of the component) are worsely design. Not a single template is useful.
You should appoint a good Graphics Designer.
I thought it will be upgraded in 1.1, but no......
I wish it could be as sexy as new Orkut profile page.
My site looks like a Red-Farreri with broken head-lamps !!

I upgraded to Joomla 1.0.12 and by the help of Nant, it WORKED !!!

The plug-in is so beautifully build, that using some small mods (available at JoomlaPolis forum) this captcha system can be used in anywhere within Joomla.

Version 2 of this plugin has been released for CB documentation subscribers. Version 2 has audio playback functionality and is also immune to garbage characters in language files or joomla template.
