I tried a couple of other forms components, but this one just works!

Very easy to build a basic form structure then easy to edit the underlying code to get it just right.

This plugin was so easy to setup and use! The only thing will be remember the {qtube} syntax.

It would be great if the plugin could add a new button beneath the content editor to provide an interface to add a video so that users won't need to remember the code syntax.

Love the fact that I don't *have* to upload custom scripts! I can use the built-in system to store my code in the database! Great!
