This is a nice plugin, simple and easy to use, and come with very useful options. But it can't be duplicated in the same article.
If it allow duplicate "include_item" in the same article it would be perfect.
The need for this is quite obvious, like you wish to repeat (mentioned again) the same text (dates/event/notes/etc) a few times in the same article, especially a long article.

The main reason is that all its default templates are already very nice and professional. The next thing is that it is a out-of-box working system, with little adjustment or configuration to do.
Tried many before either is too complicated to setup or the templates need tweaking to look pro or nicer than the default templates.
I would rather spend time building my client site then to meddle with all the configurations or templates to look good.
Btw I don't use another forum to judge Kunema, or try to format kunema to function or look like any other forum. I told my client, do you want everybody to say that your forum look like another site. Does this forum operate like a forum, and use like a forum? So?
The last thing is that it just blend with almost any joomla design I picked.

At first I was taken aback by the number of settings to configure. But even I left all settings at default, the gallery works straight away with almost no tweaking.
Whatever I wanted in my gallery, it has the features and functions for it.
I have checked many paid galleries, nothing come close in terms of the features and functions available in Phoca Gallery.

I didn't finish activating the gallery, I guess is not that difficult to use. I could not proceed when I found that the gallery actually require every picture to be named/labeled and upload one by one.
This gallery allow picture to be saved by web user, most gallery don't, which is what I required. Till they allow mass upload I have to move on.

Lots of settings, overwhelming complicated even to make 1 picture to perform a highslide effect. I followed the instruction step by step but still don't work.
May be I missed out something but I have installed every file provided to make it, I think.
I was trying to create a picture gallery page but I guess 1 day of trying is enough time wasted. Got to move on.

It would be perfect if developer links are removed, if there is a paid version, I would be interested, but regret there isn't.
Beside the above problem, this is one of the best fancy flashy gallery I have come across.
One downside is that it's not easy to put caption, title and link the individual pictures. If this could be improved, this gallery would kill all other galleries, even it come at a price.

I have paid and used commercial form extension. My only regret is that I didn't find Fabrik earlier. This extension rocks! To me this is the best form generator I have ever used.
It might not be straight forward, but it's neither too complex to understand how to start.
This is really a highend form creation tool, with great flexibility and features.

It work immediately after installation. Event pages are really neat, simple and well layout. The whole component is very well thought out and really straight forward to use.
But there are some useless items.
- On every event detail page, there is a huge site name right at the top as the page title. A very stupid idea, lucky I found where to disable it.
- The wide list was a little too fancy and too much to tweak to make it layout nicely in any web page. You also need a really wide page to display the list neatly.
Without the above pain, by default it is an excellence component.

I like multithumb, for the neat layout of the thumbnails. Every single thumbnail is auto-crop to the same size, which arrange nicely in any web page. But strange multithumb does not work in every joomla template. So when luck is not in your way multithumb will fail, I can't change the site template just to make multithumb works so I start to look around for another simple gallery.
I installed Simple Image Gallery, never tweak a single thing, it work exactly the way it said, when follow the simple instruction how to apply the moscode.
If SIG has features like multithumb to crop thumbnails to the same size (width & height) it would perfect. When all the thumbnail is of the same size it will arrange neatly on any web page.
And it work on both joomla 1.0x & 1.5x.

Yes it does automatically generate a menu of all sections/categories/articles.
But even unpublished sections/categories/articles are all become published in the automatic menu.
Even trashed/archived articles are published, can you imagine how the menu look like?

Hello,
During our tests our component didn't have this behaviour... We'd be glad if you could help us finding the bug as this is, of course, not desired behaviour... So if you have some time, could you post to the forum or write us a mail about the version you're using?
Thanks!
