I have had nothing but great experiences interacting with their customer support. They are timely and helpful and don't make me feel stupid for asking simple questions, as tech support can sometimes do. RSForm Pro! is well executed and I'm amazed at how easy it is to build very complex forms. On my current site, I use their forms for all my article content creating which simplifies the user experience a ton. Thanks for the great work!
