Nowhere does it say that you actually need a couple of other plugins for this to work... the "support" button takes you to the forum, where luckily others have asked the same and that's how I found out.
And then, it doesn't work. Back to the support forum, an issue similar to mine has been posted a month ago, and others have posted the same since. So far there has been no reply from the developers.

sorry for your negative experience, consider that is very hard to solve issue without fully information about environment
