FW Real Estate Light
This component was almost perfect for my needs, except I needed to change some property type category names. I made a request via email and over the weekend the developer updates the FREE version and solves my dilema! I've never seen such awesome support. I'll definitely try to convince my client to upgrade to the Pro version knowing the level of support that is behind this component.

I had a problem with my forms that I couldn't figure out so I made a post in the support forum and had an almost immediate response and was able to quickly resolve my issue. Very good support comes with this extension!
