Great module, well worth the money.

I had a problem with Joomla 1.5.25 and comments showing. Skyped the developer the next morning and he had it fixed without any questions in less than 15 min.

I had a client make a mess of their content pasting directly from Word. UGH - I was able to find the few offending bits of syntax/css, paste it into the ajax form and click away my problems. AWESOME.

As the directions warn, this will make global changes to your DB so once committed there is no going back. With that, make a backup first.

Advanced Module Manager
This extension is a must have for any joomla developer and in theory should be integrated into joomla as a core component. It is just that versatile and good. The developer added K2 support and the versatility of selecting and excluding items is almost endless but easy to use and just works.

Highly Recommended!!!

Support is also outstanding too. I have no idea how the developer does it but he seems to be able to work miracles and is a credit to the development community.

The main component is super simple to configure and ajax enabled. It would be nice if the module option was not a scrolling display but instead an ajax paginated version of the component (menu) results.

Not perfect but fast and simple.

Just know that as the docs say, the content will show up if you have the 'print this page' enabled. Also, if the content is at the top of the page it will show in joomla search results too.

knowing these two limitations and working with them it is welcome addition.

Why anyone would rate this anything other than 5 Stars is beyond me. It works perfectly, saves a great deal of time. One, Two, Three, Update!

BTW: This works with Rackspace Cloud servers too.

It took me a few minutes to get past an error which turned out to be user error but after that it was smooth sailing.

Just be sure to note that when naming a field (for the backend)you cannot use spaces or even underscores or you will get an error.

Excellent plugin but i had formatting issues. The custom margin entries would not save.

Resolution: Disabling and then enabling it again fixed it. Unfortunately it took me 20 min to figure that out, after pouring over the code and see no issues.

I hope this review saves others some time and aggravation.

The default intro text that I typed in would not how up. Instead it used the modules canned text.

Add to that the inability to assign the module a style makes this template impractical for many users.

This plugin is superb. I had no issues using it. If you already have rel"lightbox" it will use those. It reads and displays "captions" if you have any set when inserting your images.

Note: This is only for individual images, I have yet to figure out an easy way to make a gallery from it.

Worked our of the box. It would be nice to have a built in lookup for longitude and latitude. After some searching I was able to find itouchmap.com which gives you accurate long/lat figures.

Lastly, it would benefit from some interface and sort option improvements. All in all, well worth the install.
