Firstly I would like to say that BF Forms is superb and allowed me to construct some amazing forms.
For this I would give 5 Stars.
Support is non existent, or to be fair I emailed a question to BF through the appropaite channel and two weeks later still no reply(Other than the auto-responder).
I understand you may be busy, but two weeks and no reply is in my opinion unacceptable.
For this I would give 0 Stars.

I'm sorry you feel that there is no support - however I have checked my mailbox (99 emails outstanding) and there is not a single one from "Jeff Slough" or "jeffs" - if you would please like to contact us again we will be pleased to help you.

I run a website for an animal charity and was having a torrid time with hackers.I scoured the web for security solutions and tried quite a few without total success. I then decided to bite the bullet and go for a paid solution. The charity provided the funding for SecureLive and we have not looked back since.
The component installed flawlessly and when I had a question it was answered very promptly and curteously by Fred Sarhadi, which also adds to the overall package.
So I now have peace of mind knowing my site is protected by professionals.
Although not the cheapest solution I think it is great value for the money.
Five Stars in every way.
