For this I would give 5 Stars.
Support is non existent, or to be fair I emailed a question to BF through the appropaite channel and two weeks later still no reply(Other than the auto-responder).
I understand you may be busy, but two weeks and no reply is in my opinion unacceptable.
For this I would give 0 Stars.
I'm sorry you feel that there is no support - however I have checked my mailbox (99 emails outstanding) and there is not a single one from "Jeff Slough" or "jeffs" - if you would please like to contact us again we will be pleased to help you.
