I install this for my 1.5 users. The best part is I never had to use support, it's easy to figure out with out reading the documentation. Easy set up & Registration.
I used this on a site with close to 2500 users. Contact requests are part of their daily process.

We have subscriptions, downloadables, and shipped product. 61 products and a functioning cart set up in about a day.

No problems with sh404sef agora.

Documentation was great (READ IT) They provide examples which makes it easy to set up.

I tried to migrate from VM. (I believe this part is still in beta)A lot of stuff migrated, some parts didn't. Again Beta.

The UI is intuitive unlike competitors. So your learning curve is short.
The developers are working on new features which is great.
Support (I have a pd support) Plan on 24 hours like they promise.
