Good Product but Bad Support

The extension itself is very good but the support for the product is limited. It has great functionality and scaleability. If you need support after the "support" period has ended you are pretty much on your owne. I purchased the product about a year ago and tried to move it to a new site but support basically said that it was no longer a supported version and they could not assist. I don't understand the point of having an unlimited license then discontinuing support. I would recomend the product hoping that you don't have techincal issues. I now have to buy it again because they don't support the version I have.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I want to confirm that if you are using a version of our product that has reached it's end of life it will no longer be supported. We offer 50% discounts on 12 month upgrades so you can get the new version.

I would like to include my full reply in our ticket system to this reviewer to make everything transparent:

"I managed to fix the db error in the admin side, which showed up when debug mode was enabled in Joomla, but I can't get anything to show up in the front-end. The problem is that this version of Express is over two years old and support for it was dropped a while back so I really can't spend more time trying to figure out what's wrong. This version was also never tested with the version of Joomla 1.5 you have now, but only older versions."
