First let me tell you I was looking high and low for a free blog offering. I even tried one but it was not very user friendly nor did it have many features.

I really like Joomla but the blogging capabilities are lacking. I needed a solution and Wordpress was not an option.

I decided after months of research to go with Easy Blog. I figured for the nominal fee if it didn't work at least I was not out a lot of funds....

Well I bought and installed it. It seemed to work right out of the box but then I had some frontend editor issues. I was trying to get an autosave feature installed through a new editor and that's when I noticed the problem. I filled out a support ticket and in no time I was in communication with the company and in less than 12 hours it was fixed.... and it was not really an Easyblog issue but then fixed it for me and told me exactly what they fixed and how they fixed it so for future upgrades I can modify the necessary files myself!

Awesome support and great feature filled extension!

I am a fairly new joomla user. I was looking for an extenion to see who's been on our church website and I found this one. After reading the reviews on this one and several others I chose this one. So far I have not been disappointed. It was very easy to set-up. It has been a very helpful tool. It lets me track who has been on our website and also what pages they are visiting. This helps in tweaking the online content of our site to better serve our purpose.

I have noticed the same thing the previous reviewer noticed about the difference in the whois online and this component.

Overall a great component!

This is a great extension for posting your media. We currently use this to post our sermons and worship music. I know I'm only using a very small protion of it's capabilities but it is exactly what we need.

Also we had an issue with a template and I posted the problem. In less than 12 hours (we have a large time difference) a fix was posted! Great support!
