Product Slideshow for Virtuemart
After fighting with the default VM product scroller and finally giving up, I went looking for something (free) to use instead. This one works perfectly out of the box, is very easy to customize to get just the look you want, and doesn't seem to fight with anything else on my VM site. Thanks for a great module!

It does exactly what it says it will do, which is just what I needed. Very simple to install and configure. Just create a new menu item and it will be one of the choices under "Articles". Then you can choose the section or category you want. I presume you can do this more than once (more than one menu item). It's great because I can control what section my users submit articles for, and their only choices are the categories within that section. You can even choose an individual category for users to submit to.

I only wish that Joomla 1.5 had come with this option in the first place. You could do this with 1.0, I believe. I know I had such a menu item on Joomla 1.0 sites in the past.

The Geocode Factory
This component does exactly what it says it will, and it's easy to set up. Configuration is extensive, you can customize your maps in so many ways.
Most of all, the support is fabulous! I had a problem with the map on one of my sites, and Cedric actually went into my site backend, figured out the problem, and fixed it within a few hours. You can't ask for better customer service than that.
More than worth the cost.

Great little plugin, easy to configure and works just as it says it will. You can set the site name and decide whether to put site name before page name or after, and customize the separator. Thanks for a nice addition to my sites!

I love this module and already have it installed on 2 sites. I had one small complaint, the output text was the wrong syntax for English. I asked about it in his forum, and he immediately replied, told me what to change, and said he would fix it in future versions. He even thanked me! That's what I call support.

Random background
Simple, only required one small edit to template, no problem even for a newbie. Only thing I wish is that the image could be centered on the page (can't figure out how to do that, but I'm sure I could if I know a little more about coding)

It made my plain-jane templates really something special.
