Implementation went smoothly into production. My direct contact always..and I mean always, responded promptly to all my questions, no matter how junior level or redundant they were...even when his wife was having a baby! That's support. They really helped walk me through the MLS integration process very well and assisted me in tweaking various elements, of which there are many..making it a very robust extension. Again, I was extremely pleased with the support and assistance.
Building the site on top of a responsive theme (yootheme), I would like for the integrated home page slider displaying featured properties to render a little better, but the lists of properties do a very good job of displaying on the ihpone which is great for the mobile world today. Overall, great experience with implementation, and hoping for the same great continued support.
