Ok - Sometimes you just need something to work and BAM! I have just inherited 500 new accounts and a lot of them are joomla sites that the site owners and I have NO idea what the password access is, and the Token didn't work. But I followed the instructions and got in and am able to fix my client's issues!! THANK YOU!
