Yes there are ads, but these turn off easily and are no hassle, tis is a free service and I would suggest the ads are a way of funding it.
My site members have given positive feedback about this saying it offers a greater viewing range than their free view boxes.

Set up on the site, made the initial test and introduction post then encountered fatal errors. Unistalled the reinstalled and got the same fatal errors.
