Pros:

* easy to install and set up
* don't have to login to your google account to get the code
* don't have to insert any code into your article!
* took me about 2 minutes to set it up
* works with almost any joomla template

Cons:

* only can insert ads into articles, not header/footer
* documentation is not much, but it's so easy, you probably don't need it.

Recommended if you want to put adsense in your article.
