It's said: 'Its the best Joomla Image Slideshow module' But in my opinion it's highly dubious!

I installed it on my website and Mega Responsive Image Slideshow totally ruined it! Okay, firstly I thought the documentation and the support staff will help. With this I have two problem:
1, There isn't any kind of documentation! (Or I can't find it.)
2, The support stuff ignore me.

But the biggest problem is that I lost all of my works that I've done in the past few days. Very, very, very frustrating!

I have no idea how people can recommend it so highly. I could not.
