One thing about Douglas' product. It is not only easy to use, it is also aesthetically pleasing to the eyes, which is rare because most programmers are not strong in the aesthetic part of the extension.

The product is always easy to use and support is excellent. I will continue to give Douglas's products priority for the above 2 reasons alone.

I have bought my fair share of extensions from the web and this is by far, the best support team I have encountered and received for any trouble or difficulty encounter while using the products.

The product does what it says. Easy to use and configure and with some suggested features, it can only get better.

Sometimes, a simple thing is what we need and this is exactly what I get. Lightweight, easy to install and absolutely serve my purpose.

I am puzzled by some of the negative comments but still went ahead with the implementation and found the component and module to be easy to use and implement.

Can't comment on support as I did not use any of it yet.

I bought this to test a multipage survey my client requested but find that the logic and flow of the component not acceptable.

While I cannot fault the creator for its great support, I have to say that the component is totally not usable for me because there is some serious logic flaw.

Some issue I raised:
1) submit button on first page of survey of a multipage survey
2) Creator actually used a external link component to link to a specific survey.

I dont want to bring this up but felt that is it needed to let others be aware of some of the flaws before purchase.

I like this tool because when used with joomla 1.5.10, it completes what I need to do for SEO. It solves all my title tag issue for the time being. Thanks for making life so easy.

I went through the initial documentation and installed without hitch (well, a bit of trial and error). While I like the fact that this is really something powerful, I also encounter some problem when i try to install the captcha. I got an error and the solution involved installing SVN which I had no idea what this is even after reading the explanation. And the other modules and plugin, should I install it and if yes, with Jommla installer or thru Fabrik installer?

Bottomline is, this is a great product for programmer to programmer and not for meer mortal like me. This defeats the reason why people use Joomla in the first place.

A very simple and easy form to use unlike many of those that I tried. However, a few features are lacking like dropdown menu selection and funny thing like textbox border is missing for captcha when I view in FF3. However, I still appreciates the simplicity and ease of use of this form and I think the developer will do very well to proceed along this line.
