Set Special Level

Great plug-in

I have a component that allows registered users to add content but when you wanted to change author to another registered user you could not without making them authors. Now as authors they had "Special Access Level" This plug-in allows meet to change the "Special" access level from "Author" to "Editor". Or any group I want. It has one control in the Admin-"Set Bar Above". Very simple and fast. I highly recommend.
