You will receive an email notification each time your ticket is updated, so please make sure that your spam filters are not filtering out any messages. As for the documentation, documentation is available on my website, and can be found with one click on the documentation above on this JED Page. The frontpage links (Page 2) and configuring individual feeds (Page 3) are described in the documentation. Configuring the back end administration is also shown in the demo video found on my website. I responded to this particular user through the ticket system with specifics on how to set it up and use it on her website; however, she never followed up or seemed to check her ticket status.
