I have been playing around with the previous version (BooKiT) and switching with other more popular booking systems for a while. Eventually I still find this to be a better system as it is much easier to use and the booking steps for customers are more clear and easy to follow.
The support given is great. The team is very reactive to our needs whether it is through the forum or support ticket.
While it does not have all the bells and whistles of some other booking system, blooking does address most of the essential needs that a hotelier will require. And it keeps the system simple and easy to use for the hotel guest.
