I cant say anything for the support because there is not email to contact them on the website and when you fill out the contact us from it's broken and there is no other way to contact them. Hopefully this will change.

this extension offers the ability to harness the power of social networks in order to push content from my website to the networks automatically. this means that I save a load to time having to manually update my social networks... and it means that my content goes viral automatically. I can use the power of social networks to bring people to my site and all I have to do is work on my site... i now no longer have to bother updating all the different sites manually... I couldn't be more happy.

the extension is easy to use and the support is very helpful... they got back to me almost immediately when i had a query.

I'll admit that at 140 euros (inc the add-ons i wanted) it isn't exactly cheap... but in my opinion it's worth every penny because of the time I'll save having to manually do this work. that really is what makes it worth it.

I've tried all the mp3 players in the jed and this is by far the best.

my experience:

fantastic having the download button - shame it doesn't download though. you have to right click save as to download - otherwise it opens in another browser as others have said.

sometimes it doesn't show all of the mp3s in the directory - i'm still trying to figure out why this is - haven't found a fix so far. BUT it doesn't always do this - sometimes it shows all of the files.

out of all the players (actually i tell a lie, i've tried all the FREE payers in the jed) this one is by far the ultimate. looks nice, feels nice, works very well. I love how it picks up the id3 tag.
