Community Surveys
I've been looking for a while for a survey component to use with my very active JomSocial site. I've bought and tried a number of them, and none are exactly what I need. This one isn't exactly what I need either, but the HUGE difference is that the development team was immediately willing to consider modifications. I needed a JomSocial plugin, and they had one created in a matter of days! It's still a work in progress, but the existing functionality is perfect for a social site, and I can't wait to see what comes as this product continues to be developed! I'll definitely be looking to CoreJoomla for more components in the future.
Freestyle Support
Even though it's a young product, I decided to give Freestyle Support a try because it is the first component I have seen that offers a comprehensive support portal.

The good stuff:
-It looks nice on the front end
-The FAQ function is awesome
-The knowledge base works great with the glossary
-The support has been helpful and relatively timely

A couple of things that I am looking forward to as they develop this product:

-integration with Community Builder (link to profile, tab for users to see their tickets, maybe even the ability to pull in CB field values to the ticket)

-A little more flexibility in the how the FAQ functions when accessed through the portal instead of a menu

-A support staff module that would show action item counts

-some ability to define the rules for auto-assigning tickets

-a little clean-up on the formatting of the ticket itself; it's a wee bit hard to read sometimes and doesn't always line up right

-a user forum where we can see the issues other people are having and how they were resolved, make feature requests, etc.

All that said, this is a great start, and I can't wait to see how this product matures. I look forward to coming back with a 5-star review!

The Geocode Factory
There were a few stumbles on my site getting this to run, and the developer responded very quickly and helped me fix the issue. Also a happy surprise that this is 1.6 compatible as of today, great news for when we migrate our large community site!
