Envolve Chat
We have a large and growing community site, and were looking for ways to engage more members more regularly. We put up Envolve, and within just a few days we saw our community members begin to engage with each other and with us much more regularly! We now have a group of members that hang out on the chat all day long, and have been extremely helpful to new members by answering questions and helping them find their way around. It's the best "customer support team" I could ever hope for!

We have about 1300 members and are adding 300+ members a month, so it is encouraging to see that sites with much higher numbers are not slowed down with Envolve.

I am looking forward to seeing Envolve EVOLVE - specifically with Community Builder/JomSocial profile integration. The most requested feature from my users is to be able to click on a users name and see their profile. This would be a great feature to start trying to work out. The other thing that would be nice is a little bit more of a modern look and feel to the chat windows. That being said, these are mostly cosmetics, and the underlying functionality is AWESOME.
Freestyle Support
Even though it's a young product, I decided to give Freestyle Support a try because it is the first component I have seen that offers a comprehensive support portal.

The good stuff:
-It looks nice on the front end
-The FAQ function is awesome
-The knowledge base works great with the glossary
-The support has been helpful and relatively timely

A couple of things that I am looking forward to as they develop this product:

-integration with Community Builder (link to profile, tab for users to see their tickets, maybe even the ability to pull in CB field values to the ticket)

-A little more flexibility in the how the FAQ functions when accessed through the portal instead of a menu

-A support staff module that would show action item counts

-some ability to define the rules for auto-assigning tickets

-a little clean-up on the formatting of the ticket itself; it's a wee bit hard to read sometimes and doesn't always line up right

-a user forum where we can see the issues other people are having and how they were resolved, make feature requests, etc.

All that said, this is a great start, and I can't wait to see how this product matures. I look forward to coming back with a 5-star review!

The Geocode Factory
There were a few stumbles on my site getting this to run, and the developer responded very quickly and helped me fix the issue. Also a happy surprise that this is 1.6 compatible as of today, great news for when we migrate our large community site!
