I got issue on IIS with this plugin

Plugin Include Component
With this component, everything I run well on Wamp, but on IIS it breaks my CSS, so the layout got a litle messy, it would be fine when I remove {component url='url'} in Article.

Is there anyone have the same issue? Could you guys please help me to solve this?
