I purchased this extension, but I am unable to download it. Apparently they have this problem a lot based on the fact that they have instructions on what to do in this circumstance placed right on the downloads page. I filled out a form for support as instructed, and it comes up with a number to call for urgent requests. I called the US number and got a gentleman who told me to go to the downloads area, and when I said there was nothing there, he told me to email (which I had already done). I am not receiving any emails from the site, so I have no way of knowing if they have responded or not. Some help that phone number was. DO NOT BUY. Not worth the risk.
