This extension does the job...it connects PHPList to Joomla/Community Builder. It's a bit pricey, but there aren't a lot of competitive options that can truly compete. It would be great if it were a bit more feature-rich, such as front-end editing/newsletter submission or defaulted selection of newletters at CB registration (instead of showing it, but not showing it selected already), but is still a worthy product without those features.

This product is pretty handy as it is. Add to that an impressive support structure and you've got a real good solution that is worth paying the small price that's asked for it. Save yourself some time...download this now if you're looking for an easy way to get data to your users without having to provide access straight to the database. And fear not if you run in to problems...ask for help and you'll get it fast!
