I opened a support ticket on the developers site (per their directions). I noticed that someone the next day had signed into my site and did get the site to load with the extension enabled. But, that was all it did. The extension still did not function properly. Some of the parameters, when enabled would crash my site.
I contacted the developer through email, not once but twice. I also tried to open another support ticket. All of which was ignored. I then attempted a third email, but still no response. I have been VERY disappointed with the lack of communication and service from this developer.
I paid good money for this extension and I can't even get an email response from them. When I visited the developers site they advertise that they are customer centric, professional, experienced, and unique. They only get 1 out of the 4...unique.
It seems others have had more positive experiences. I'm at a loss for why this developer would ignore a customer. I had intended to purchase another one of the developers extensions, but I sure won't be now. I lost my money! BUYER BEWARE
