Perfect Ajax Popup Contact Form
If you start getting bored by a vast ammount of contact forms virtually all looking smililar and offering similar features, you should really check this one. It stands out from the crowd by its highly professional look, by many ways to integrate it to the website (slide in, pop up, menu item, small banner, start opened or closed, integrating images....) and not at least by a very fast and very effective support. We have had a small issue from the beginning and it was solved perfectly after a short mail correspondence.

I run different contact forms on three websites - this one here is the best one by far.

Although the friendly support tried everything, the chat was errorous on our webiste. There were issues that seemed minor, but still were unsolvable under our environment. As far as I understood this chat will work properly with J1.7, even if it was said to work with 1.6 as well, but it didn't.

I give three stars because the support was friendly and refunded our money as soon as he realized the chat wasn't going to run properly on our webiste.

as I said before .... must migrate your site to the latest version of joomla!
and I think you have the same problem with other chat software!

You have a good experience with my component in the past, you need a bit of collaboration when necessary for a satisfactory result.
the component is full functional now with all versions of joomla including joomla1.6 if you still use this version on your site

Even after the very friendly and fast-responding support of X5 tried everything he could, the chat was errorous on our website. Users using browsers other than IE could use the chat, IE members not.
I have no idea what was the reason.

I give it three stars nevertheless because of the really friendly and hard-trying support, who refunded the money as soon as he noticed the program wasn't going to run properly.

You know, I admire people who create such a big thing like Joomla in general. There are so many things to be implemented and so much code to be written until it nearly fits everyone's needs.

But then there are hundres of people who fill the small but still existing holes by spending their time on creating plugins with the size of ster, and activating it in the plugin manager is enough to make it work perfectly. And if you've got a problem, the support comes within minutes and is very idividual and friendly.

Folks, don't forget to donate from time to time. The value these guys bring to the Joomla world is far from minor.

ETA: Install it via Joomla Extension Manager, not the CB module manager. Guess how I know :-D
