RSform Pro
Ok Joomla... looks like you need to add a new rating scale to your list of options.. cause Excellent just isnt high enough for these guys.

First lets talk about the component. I have tried other Form components out there and not only were they convoluted but I never could get them to work. The first time I created a form using RSForm I didnt need one stitch of help.

Once I started getting the hang of things I would post a question or two and I always received a response in about 12 to 24 hours (or faster).

When I had a form that was incredibly challenging they continued to help and never once was rude even after my countless messages.

If you are looking for a easy to use extremely robust form, look no further... RSJoomla has it and much more!

I don't do too many of these things but every once and a while a product/company makes you stand up and take notice.

We were users of Acajoom (the free version) and we wanted to upgrade to JNews when moving to Joomla 2.5.6. After looking over the differences between the free version and the pro version we decided to take the plunge.

Since then we have been extremely happy. Support (via tickets AND live chat) have been amazing. I have asked several questions and was treated with the utmost respect each time; no question was too trivial.

If you are looking for a good newsletter option, check out Joobi... you will not be disappointed.

n3t Coming Soon
I must say this is the absolute best extension for Joomla. It is really very easy to use. I was a little confused how to make a text change to the basic installed verbiage. I figured out a much harder way to do it but I also emailed the developer. He responded very quickly and explained how to do it. This taught me about a feature in Joomla I knew nothing about. I reverted the difficult changes I made and followed his instructions.. wow, so much easier.

Personally, I think Joomla! should use this as a built in option to Joomla. I tried using the fairly new option in global configuration for offline installs but it didnt look anywhere nearly as nice as the Coming Soon extension.

Thank you Pavel for a great extension and the great support. A rare thing to see with a non-commercial version.

I have been using Easy Blog for about a year now and I must say this has got to be the best blog extension on JED. I know some of you might say... but – but -- it isn’t free! Well, the old saying is true; you get what you pay for. The free blogs out there don't have the features Easy Blog has but more importantly, they don't have the support. There are a few commercial extension vendors out there with amazing support and Stackideas is one of them. Not only are they willing to respond to your messages but they do so extremely fast. They will explain what needs to be done and if you still need help, they will log in and fix it for you. I think what I like the most is they were willing to teach me. If you are looking for a blog… look no further – Easy Blog is feature packed, quality coded option with superb support.

Testimonial Fader
I was looking for something that would give my client a flash feel without using flash for their testimonials. I was a little concerned but was impressed with the online chat they offered for those even considering their products and the price was right... so I decided to give it a try. I installed the module and was having a problem with how it was interacting with my template. They not only responded but fixed the problem in less than an hour. I was shocked they responded that late in the evening let alone fixed my issue. They have a great assortment of extensions and the support to back it up. Awesome job Infyways! You are an A++ in my book.
I have been searching for about three days for the right image gallery extension. I actually paid $40 for one of the extensions I tried and there was absolutely no customization. (Hopefully I can get my money back.) This extension allows you to design a page the way YOU want, upload all of the pictures in one folder, enter the code on the page and the pictures magically appear on the page you created. No dealing with creating thumbnail images... the extension does all of this for you. My favorite part is there are numerous options you can select from that make the enlarged photo display differently. The only thing I would like (and it might be available) is offer a way for the person to download the original size photo. OH, and this extension was FREE!
