Seems like a great component but no way to really demo.

FW Real Estate
Seems like a good extension but there's no way to really demo it on your own site. The free version will not install on Joomla 1.6 or 1.7 so you're taking a chance. I'm not spending over $100 on a component I can't test on my own server.

Great extension but they are not updating it to work with the latest version of Joomla. Don't even bother with this if you have Joomla 1.6 or 1.7 (which is what most people are using now). So great extension but basically useless.
