I have said before that this extension is the best in its field. However I have to also say that the way it handles the pdf export function needs much fixing. In the exported pdf file the form layout and field sequences are re-arranged alpha-numerically. What is finally needed is a way to keep the layout and field sequences of the front-end form. I am eager to give a rating of "Excellent!"
