I run a property business where I manage properties for landlords and have a portfolio of properties that I manage. In recent months I have been losing emails where they have gone into my spam folder and I haven't realised. Subsequently some very important emails were missed, and in my business that is fatal!
I use this component for the following:
1. Tracking a tenancy application including referencing
2. Arranging check ins
3. Dealing with any maintenance issues
4. Contractors are instructed and they add their invoice to the ticket once completed.
5. Contractors use the ticket reference as their purchase order reference
6. Plus much much more which is all built in and comes as standard!
Just about every scenario has been thought of, in fact I can't think of anything that is crucial to this component. Easily the best there is at a real snip of a price!
Finally the support is fantastic and the developer offers solutions in quick time, well done!
I had a couple of issues that were down to server environment and Germinal has sorted them with ease. The design, layout and features of this component, make it a must have for any business that needs to keep track of their appointments.
The email alerts are a brilliant addition and all without a cronjob. Its just works!
Not really wishing to invest more money into a product that would yet again fail in my expectations, I deliberated over iProperty for about a month before I finally took the plunge. And I'm glad I did!
They have thought of just about everything you would want in a property listing component and more. The support this company provides is excellent and they know their stuff. If you are having any reservations whether to buy this product, let me assure you that you will not be disappointed. We have a template provided by yoo_theme and they compliment each other perfectly.

There is nothing that I wanted to see added to this software but the developers keep coming up with the goodies.

I have been seeking a component for a property website for my members for some months. I did look at RPL before but was a little hesitant due to the cost. I wish I had never worried about that!

The after sales has also been fantastic! The product has to be one of, if not the best investment I have made with Joomla so far and I will never regret my decision to purchase.
It has everything a decent property site needs. These guys know their industry and know how to produce a great product. Keep up the good work guys (and gals) you are diamonds!
I have been a user of Fabrik since version 1 and seen it grow in both features and stability. I have tested just about every other form component which I have to say do hit the spot but they simply do not have the same functions and features that fabrik has.
One of the most requested features is the ability to have cascading drop down boxes. I build sites which need the ability to select a county, and the next drop-down filters the towns for that county and the next post codes, etc. Fabrik has this in just a few clicks!
Rob and Hugh develop this component full time and each and every issue is acknowledged and rectified very quickly. I cannot talk about them highly enough because even the most inexperienced Joomla! user is made to feel like a pro!
