Camera Slideshow
Installed flawlessly, then only had 2 minor issues that where simple misunderstandings. 1) for thumbnails use 2 settings: i) Enable, ii) Pagination Type =" Pagination Images", 2) a basic styling issue (embarrassing)- without hesitation (or too much laughter) they quickly gave good examples. So quick and 'right on' support.

Product easy to install, understand and use.

I needed special support for a special 'non-table' list layout of contacts in a category, plus extra fields, plus map.

Douglas' support was fantastic and expedient -often less than 30 minutes response time. In 1 case, he even simulated my problem and reported back just as quick. On another special issue, he provide specific code that worked immediately and enabled me to complete a layout override.

Its obvious to me that Douglas cares about his product and customers! And hence warrants 'Preferred J! Developer status' in my books.

Plugin Include Component
Worked wonderfully on J2.5, with short learning curve.

With Basic Options: a) Method = Curl .. b) Ignore SEF = Yes,
was also able to set J! site configuration:
Search Engine Friendly URLs = Yes
Use URL rewriting = Yes
.. and got full SEF urls working too!

So simple & sweet!

And much thanks for an expedient response to my initial query.

Easy install. More than impressed with the added features. Its what I have been needing for last 5 months, sadly I didn't know it existed till now. This will definitely save me lots of time.
