This one is a dream compared to the other stuff that's out there. I couldn't find the demo via the demo link, but I just installed it and I liked what I saw. It's relatively flexible and with a little playing around in the stylesheet you can customise the look without too much heartache.

It would be nice if it stored the images in the images/stories (Media Manager area) directory structure so that site administrators don't need to FTP or cPanel access in order to add and manage the images.

Some extra options in the module configuration to help with layout, icons spacing and better control over size would also help bring this module from Excellent up to Brilliant.

I purchased the commercial 1.2 version. It works fine, though using it with the WYSIWYG editor is tricky. No problems if you write your content in HTML, but whose clients do that?

I cannot control the width of the hover box when it contains just text. They all appear very narrow and tall like in the example on the developer's own website.

I registered on their website to discuss these issues in their forum, but they've disabled replies. Many forum threads have hundreds of views but not a single one has any replies.

This extension will create hover boxes for you, like it says on the tin. However, don't expect to be able to discuss any issues in an open forum or read how others before you have resolved problems.
