We emailed Leo multiple times asking for login info to try and identify the issue. He would not give it to us, so we refunded his payment. I am sorry he is unhappy with the component and the customer service, but as I told him many times, we could not duplicate his problem on our servers and needed access to his to see exactly what the issue was. He refused to give us access, and as I said, we refunded his payment.
