This a way better approach let my site members choose what they want and saves me uploading or refreshing content.
As mentioned this is is a great solution - I have used the method similar to mod_wrapper to include the Google Video Search through iFrame
I can now load YouTube vids all over my site anywhere anytime.
Can cut and past all sorts of java and html.

see MovableType XML-RPC Plugin Beta with Windows Live Writer is really amazing. Lets you fully format and add pictures in the editor, resize those images to thumbnail size and post to my web site without having to log in. With the added plugin from joomler.net MovableType XML-RPC Plugin Beta all my images come up in GreyBox.
This alone makes we switch a 1000 + member site over to Joomla.
The support questions I posted at joomler.net where quickly answered and great support.
Also to fix all url links and any link not poping up in the lightbox just add this attribute:
