Very nice extension!

Finally, I'm able to print good clean PDFs that include the photos in an article, and their captions, but exclude the embedded advertising! It took only a few minutes to set up.

I would have given this extension five stars if it supported the PullQuotes extension.

Concerning Your remark on supporting PullQuotes I have to say that there is a misunderstanding here: no special support for third party plugins is needed to include their output in the resulting PDF. There is a setting called "Safe Plugins" in the parameter editor, You can add plugins You want to be included there (in Your case append ",pullquotes" to the list). However, the added plugin has to be "safe", i.e. IT HAS TO SUPPORT output formats other than HTML. Unfortunately most of plugins turn out to ignore possibility they are called in a PDF document (or anything else but HTML).

If You would like to try this out, I would be glad to here about Your experience and in case there is a problem we could contact the vendor of PullQuotes, so they can add PDF processing compatibility.
