I know it because I have used 123 Live Help. They are in one company. So does 123 Flash Chat.
But I think it the most expensive one in the 3 products. It seems that the web chat bar has more functions than some other ones, but in any case, it is still just a Facebook like IM bar.
In my opinion, the best thing is that I can add my 123 Live Help to the free web chat bar.
